Complete new registration if you do not already have an OTR account, or log in using your existing credentials.
Find Advertisement No. 59/8-2026 for the HPAS Combined Competitive Examination 2026 and open the application form.
Enter the required personal and other details in the online application.
Capture the required live photograph and upload the prescribed certificates and documents.
Select the preferred examination centre and choose an optional subject for the Mains Examination.
Review the completed application, accept the online undertaking and complete the required online payment.
Submit the application by September 22, 2026, up to 11:59 PM and save a copy of the submitted form for future reference.
