Upload scanned photo, signature, educational certificates, HPNRC registration proof, and experience (if any).
Pay the fee of ₹800/- online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Submit the form before 16th January 2026 (11:59 PM) and take a printout for your records.
